Customer Scam

Unfortunately, bad people can show up on both sides of a storm loss. Sometimes, quality contractors deliver the materials, do a good job, finish the project and then cannot collect payment from the homeowner even after the homeowner has received payment from the insurance company. The homeowner has the benefit of a completed project, and the contractor has very little leverage or power to try to collect the payment that is owed. Time spent solving this problem can end up costing the contractor even more money than they are owed. It is a lose-lose for a small business trying to do a good job. With, we can get the contractor their money and then collect from the customer. This gives the contractor the capital to continue to do more jobs and grow their business without worrying about cash flow and accounts receivable.
